If you ever have an issue with your order, please email us at info@beyondcoolcbd.com. We offer refunds on returned, unused products and are happy to accommodate exchanges on a case by case basis. Orders can be cancelled and refunded any time before shipping. If your order has shipped it must be returned as described above to be eligible for a refund.
