We finish drops with an ultra-light coating of Vitamin C + Organic Cane Sugar (less than 1/10th of a gram!) for a semi-sweet & sour finish. Because we use real organic honey, each Drop has sweet profile, with notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, and seasonal flowers. Drops also contain trace amounts of pollen and other flower essences, thanks to the bees who produce our honey. Alongside ginger, curcumin, huckleberry, and the other foods we employ, Honey Drops contains one or more adaptogenic mushrooms. An "adaptogen" is a substance that supports the body by helping it regulate and improve your resistance to stressors. While adaptogens are a varied group of foods (herbs, roots, mushrooms), they are often plants that contain complex phenolics or triterpenoids.
